“This pizza is inspired by the first salad we served at Hapa Pizza, the Thai Steak salad, made by our dear Chef Jidapa Cheyiam, who we affectionately refer to as Mama J. This is our latest version of the Thai Steak pizza, which is built upon Mama J's sweet, tangy, umami tamarind sauce, then topped with a steak tartare seasoned with Thai flavors, then finished with a refreshing mint herb blend along with Mama J's crunchy roasted rice sprinkled on top. This is a Hapa Pizza crowd favorite with some delicious new updates. We can't wait for y'all to try it!
