Croque Ma-Damn!

Hopworks Brewery

SE$10
MEAT

This is our take on the Croque Madame, a Parisian café classic from the early 1900s. "Croque" translates to "crunch" or "to bite," while "madame" refers to the fried egg on top, which was thought to resemble a lady's hat. It's the ultimate comfort food and perfect anytime of day with a pint of our Beer Time Pilsner or our house cocktail, Le Buzz. Bon appetit!

WHAT'S ON IT

Thin sliced ham, served open-faced on thick sourdough with Dijon mustard, our house-made beer cheese sauce, and a three-cheese blend. Broiled to an ooey-gooey, golden, crispy perfection, then crowned with a sunny-side-up egg - the “hat” that gives this sandwich its name.
