“This burger brings us back to our childhood! We grew up eating doner kebabs with fries inside and we love stacking fries in our sandwiches! The traditional kefta, the Bulgarian sirene (similar to feta) is also such a staple in our country and pairing it with our hot honey elevates this burger! We are also using a very special, imported Bulgarian herb in our Balkan style burger sauce. Everything in this recipe is close to our hearts!”
