“We wanted to do something really cool this year, so we took our delicious house-smoked pork, chopped it up and mixed it with our tasty ground beef, forming a 5oz patty. While experimenting and adding the Dijon aioli and pickles, we noticed this burger kind of tastes like our Cubano sandwich! So we added some Swiss, along with a garlic aioli to add a little creaminess, along with some thinly shaved red onion and lettuce. Yum!!”
